As an IATSE Local 600 International Cinematographers Guild Member, I specialize in capturing world-class cinematic content.

So I coupled my passion for telling epic stories with premium real estate to create “Luxury Property Lifestyles” that organically combine fully staged scenarios in real-life real estate.

Here’s a really great example of work I did for my client, Malibu Canyon Apartments.

They wanted to highlight the “Experience” of living in the Calabasas / Agoura Hills area rather than just focus on the property itself.

So I carefully blended footage of the most exciting activities and amenities as they fit into the surrounding landscape. . .

But all your customers ask the same thing: “Do you drone?”

Location, Location, Location!

In the beginning, you didn’t want the hassle - you’re a photographer. You shoot amazing photos - not videos!

Then you figured: “Everybody’s asking if I can also capture aerials - why not just do that too?”

Because you can’t shoot outstanding photos AND drone video in the same day.

When the light is good, you have to capture one or the other.

When I get a new customer asking for photos AND drone, I’ll refer them to you to shoot the still images. And when your customers ask for drone video, you can refer them to me.

Then we can charge more as a team and book twice the work.
